3 New Things

 One for the money…

Happy hump day! Today is a ‘day game’ day for the Minnesota twins, and since I live in Minnesota my office is allowed to put the game on TV in the lobby versus the usual stock market channel. So here I am at my desk working away, and at the same time watching the game. Boy is Arthur going to be jelous ;) teehee!

WORKOUT:

As promised, today I have for you a brand new treadmill workout! It is what I did this morning, and I love it! I wanted a new workout out that would make the time fly, and boy did it ever! Get the workout HERE and enjoy! Be sure to let mw know how it went for you!

FOOD:

Yesterday, I also promised that today I would have a new recipe for you. Those of you following along on Instagram saw the sneak peak last night. I am telling you folks, this is an amazing dish! I even ate the leftovers for lunch today, and I could eat it for dinner again tonight too :)

As you may or may not already know, I LOVE pasta dishes. I am always trying to come with new, healthy pasta recipes, and this one will certainly be going in my collection as one of my favorites. Get the recipe HERE! If you want to see more of my favorite recipes be sure to follow me on FoodBuzz.

Aside from the delicious creation above ;) I have been in a very snacky mood all day long. I did not really have a specific breakfast because it has just been one hectic day! I swear today is Monday ;) So lots of veggies and humus have been hanging out at my desk!

Because Arthur and I are moving to California, I no longer have the project of re-decorating our little condo! I had a TON of decorating plans and posts lined up for you all, but instead I will be replacing them with some DIY’s until we are settled in our new home :)  Enjoy!
