Announcing the HHC 2012 Year End Wrap Up Challenge!
The Details:
I am so passionate about living a wellness lifestyle, and keeping on top of my health. I am even more passionate about helping others to eat healthy, stay fit, and be happy. Since the end of 2012 is upon us, I have developed a program to help you all meet your goals, prepare you for the New Year, and generally make the year go out with a bang!
This program will last the entire month of December and is divided into six rounds. There are 5 days to each round.

Just prior to each round you will receive your assignment for the week, via email. Your assignment will be designed to encourage you to keep your fitness in check, your healthy eating in line, inspire you to make attainable resolutions, and get you organized for the New Year. The email will also contain 5 New Workouts, 1 New Recipe, and any updates so remember to save your emails or print it off and post it up as a reminder!
At the start of the program you will receive an email with a list of all participants social media names, and blog URLs so we can all get to know each other a bit! Feel free to reach out to each other for support!
HOW TO SIGN UP:
Sign up opens on November 30th @ 12:00AM PST and will remain open until December 26th @ 11:00PM PST. If you missed any prior rounds, you can still get in on the fun for the upcoming round.

Goodies To Look For:

Five New Workouts for each round
The workouts are mini WOD workouts that you can try out each day of each round. They are short (No more then 5 Minutes) and you can do them anywhere!

1 New Recipe for each round
Each recipe will be relevant to the holiday season so they can serve as a lighter alternative for classic dishes! A great way to help lower carb intake this month!

**Winners will be chosen based off of participation; I need to see you accomplish the assigned task in each round. So don’t afraid speak up!**
