Happy hump day HHC readers, how is your week coming along?
So this morning after my WOD (More on that in a minute…), I made a yummy sausage and egg white breakfast for myself.
I was really hungry this morning, but I think my eyes were bigger then my stomach because I only ate 1 sausage and about half the eggs. Ooops! It was very good and filling though
After lunch I got to work preparing supper. My Elf buddy for this week and next (Elf for Health program: Find out more HERE), sent over a really yummy soup recipe, which inspired me to try it out. Although, instead I ended up creating my own soup recipe! Thanks for the inspiration Claire!
I will be pairing a big ol’ bowl of this with some Cheesy bread I am also making, so if it all passes the taste test, I will be sharing the recipe with you all tomorrow! …Stay Tuned
