So, as promised, here is my special snack recipe from yesterday.
Candied Pecan Cayenne Popcorn by Lydia LaFond @ HHC
1 Bag Popped Popcorn
1 Cup Pecans
2 Tbs Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter
2Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
- Set bowl of popped popcorn aside.
- In a large skillet melt butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Stir in pecans until coated.
- Pour pecan mixture over popcorn and toss with Cayenne Pepper.
